A break at the beach...

Time to get away for a break so we offloaded Riley to my friend Marise with her tribe of poodles, put Brodie in jail and headed off with Vinnie in the Kombi for a couple of days at Waverley beach. Its quite a spectacular west coast beach and was a bit windy yesterday so the sea was rough but a perfect morning this morning. Would've bought Brodie too as its a dog friendly beach but he's still hard work and his recalls offlead aren't always reliable.  ( Vinnie sits in my arms and plays hairy baby so he doesn't count!LOL!)
 Had to take a motorbike to keep DH amused and he had fun blatting around. He even took Vinnie & I for a zoom along the beach and Vin loved it, in my arms tucked in behind his dad, his head peering over dad's shoulder , ears flapping in the wind!

But guess what I forgot to pack....half the food, my hairbrush and a sweatshirt! So a nice chilly morning meant I stayed curled up in my sleeping bag while breakfast was made for me...hehehe! Of course when I did get up, wearing several T-shirts and hair sticking up in all directions I wasn't allowed out in public! LMAO!
